Tea is one of the commonly beverage out there. What is tea you may ask? Well, tea is prepared with hot/boiling or even cold water if you perfer cold drinks. Since tea is one of the most popular drink (other than plain water), tea makes $38.8 billion in the year of 2013.

Difference Between Tea and Coffee !

Tea and coffee are two different things. They are good in the morning, but tea is usually good whenever! Tea and coffee are two different drinks. Coffee is out of coffee beans while tea is made out of plants. Well, tea is most commonly associated with antioxidants, while coffee does contain antioxidants... but a much lower concentration. What is antioxidants? They are a substance that inhibits oxidation, especially one used to counteract the deterioration of stored food products. When you are sick, I wouldn't reccomend drinking coffee, but tea would be the best drink when you are sick, especially when it is hot or warm! Tea if probably better, but everyone has there opinion.
